We provide engineering solutions for industrial piping systems, heat exchangers, tanks, silos, chimneys and smoke treatment systems, to offering assistance in project management or become EPC for heavy industry in projects dealing with gases and liquids. To respond to the constant development of our activities, we are looking for a 3-month mission with immediate commitment:
PROCESS ENGINEER NL/FR/EN

ASSIGNMENTS

• Assist the project manager in the design of equipment and processes to be implemented.
• Develop technical and commercial offers from the analysis of the specifications to the start of the project.
• Participate in tenders for the Process Studies component of projects and technically validate the implemented solutions.
• Participate in start-up meetings of projects (if applicable).
• Act as technical reference for “Process Design”.
• Conduct studies incorporating the specifics of specifications and standards.
• Prepare material and heat balances for a process and process and PID diagrams for plants.Perform pressure loss studies, thermal studies and process simulation calculations.
• Ensure compliance with customer contractual delivery limits,
• Conduct or participate in HAZOP meetings.
• Technically define the equipment to be implemented.
• Manage the technical specifications of the equipment and technical supervision of suppliers
• Prepare the level 1 functional analysis of the implemented processes integrate regulatory requirements (codes and standards) from the design phase onwards
• Study the feasibility of the project
• Ensure the transfer of input data
• Manage all experts required to ensure that the bid takes into account our assignment rules (detection, qualification, deviation, provisions)
• Calculate the cost of the project based on existing data and feedback, with the aim of optimizing the cost.
• Follow up the quotation with the customer in collaboration with the salesperson in charge
• Prepare the quotation, indicating any deviations from the specifications and a preliminary schedule for completion

PROFILE

• ​Bilingual industrial engineer (NL/FR or NL/EN) with 5 to 10 years of experience as a process manager in the energy and petrochemical sector

SKILLS

• Command of process, thermal and fluid techniques, knowledge of piping standards
• Mastery of pressure loss calculation software
• Reading plans, ISO illustrations and 3D models
• Creation and optimization of PID diagrams
• Functional assessment and risk management
• Expertise in mechanics, thermal systems and processes
• Negotiation and decision making skillsCritical analysis and ability to develop summaries
• Specialist in technical and industrial issues in Energy projects
• Unifying leadership for team management and collaboration with partners, customers or suppliers.
• Rigorous organization, agility and adaptability are essential.
